The CAFS1000A series of MEMS air flow sensors (i.e., air flow
meters) are used in modern automotive electronically controlled
fuel injection systems (EFI) with general safety.
It is installed in the air intake channel between the air filter
and the throttle body, and is used to measure the amount of air
drawn into the engine, and its output signal is used as the fuel
injection of the automobile engine.
The main parameters in the system that control the amount of fuel
