Customizability Water Treatment System - UF System
1 . Descriptions:
UF, also known as ultrafiltration, is used to retain colloid-sized
particles in water, while allowing water and low molecular weight
solutes to pass through the membrane. The mechanism of
ultrafiltration refers to the combined effect of mechanical sieving
on the membrane surface, membrane pore blocking, and adsorption on
the membrane surface and pores, with sieving as the main focus.
Substances are selectively separated by the microporous structure
of the membrane surface. When the liquid mixture flows through the
membrane surface under a certain pressure, small molecule solutes
pass through the membrane (called ultrafiltration solution), while
large molecules are retained, increasing their concentration in the
original liquid (called concentrate). This process effectively
separates, concentrates, and purifies large and small molecules.
In applications like wastewater treatment systems and pure water
treatment systems, when electrophoretic paint is filtered through
an ultrafiltration membrane, high molecular resin molecules and
color paste are retained, while water and small molecules pass
through the separating membrane. This achieves the effect of
purifying electrophoretic paint and removing water, enhancing
overall treatment efficiency.

3 . Specificities:
1. High-efficiency separation: ultrafiltration membrane can
effectively retain substances with larger molecular weights, such
as proteins, colloids, microorganisms and suspended particles,
while allowing water and small molecules to pass through, realizing
high-efficiency separation.
2. Low Energy Consumption: The ultrafiltration process is usually
carried out at low pressure and consumes less energy than other
membrane separation technologies such as reverse osmosis.
3. No chemical treatment required: Ultrafiltration is a physical
separation process that does not require the addition of chemicals,
reducing the use of chemicals and treatment costs.
4. Easy to operate: The system is highly automated and relatively
simple to operate and maintain.
5. Strong durability: ultrafiltration membrane has good chemical
resistance and mechanical strength, long service life.
6. Wide applicability: capable of treating a variety of water
sources and a variety of types of pollutants, with strong
adaptability.
7. High recovery rate: usually able to recover more than 90% of the
water, reducing wastewater discharge and saving water resources.
4 . Appliance:
1. Drinking water treatment: ultrafiltration can effectively remove
suspended solids, bacteria and viruses in water, improve water
quality, and guarantee the safety of drinking water.
2. Industrial wastewater treatment: It is used for the recovery and
treatment of industrial wastewater, removing pollutants and
realizing water recycling and emission standards.
3. Food and beverage industry: In food processing and beverage
production, it is used to remove suspended particles, bacteria and
microorganisms to ensure product quality and safety.
4. Pharmaceutical industry: Used in the clarification,
concentration and sterilization of solutions in the production of
pharmaceuticals to ensure drug purity and safety.
5. Chemical industry:Used in chemical production to separate,
purify and concentrate chemical products to improve product quality
and productivity.
6. Biopharmaceuticals: Used in biopharmaceuticals for protein
separation, enzyme concentration and cell culture solution
processing, etc.
7. Seawater desalination pretreatment: used as a pretreatment step
in reverse osmosis seawater desalination system to remove most of
the suspended matter and microorganisms, protect reverse osmosis
membrane and extend its service life.
8. Swimming pool water treatment: used for swimming pool water
filtration, removing bacteria and suspended particles, keeping
water quality clean.
