The test bench also do the auxiliary test for hydraulic oil cylinder, low speed hydraulic motor and valves

High speed motor to be tested according to the method of testing pumps.

Low speed motor is tested in simple method. Mount a pump onto the test table. The pump is connected with the 90KW electric driving motor. Let the electric driving motor drive the pump, then let the pump drive the low-speed hydraulic motor.

Function and parameters of the test bench

1. Driving mode: by electric motor, 90kw+22KW+1.5KW+0.75KW

2, Speed adjusting mode: frequency converter control 0-1500r/min.

3, Loading mode: two-way loading, through guide relief valve, 35 Mpa, Tandem pumps can be tested.

4.max. flow of system: ≦330L/min× 2 loops

5. High-pressure auxiliary system:

max pressure of 5MPA, max, flow is ≦7.5L/min

6. Low- pressure auxiliary system:

max pressure of 3MPA, max, flow is ≦330L/min

7. The test bench should be used where the temperature is 10-60℃

8. air-cooling radiator for cooling oil

9. the sensor and the controlling electric power: DC24 V

10.. Displaying mode: rotation speed, flow, and the temperature are showed in digital .meter. Pressure is displayed by mechanical meter. All the test data will be showed on the computer.

11. Oil supply from test bench to pump needing test:: both self priming ,and in forced way

12. The test bench is able to test both clockwise rotation and counterclockwise rotation pumps

13, The test bench is with an oil filter equipment cart for recycling the leaked oil
