Brief introduction

Structural characteristics
This device uses an electric motor as the driving system for the
entire test bench, and is equipped with two oil pump motor units as
auxiliary fuel supply systems for the test bench. The test bench is
divided into four parts: fuel tank valve group power pump station
unit; Pump testing unit; Motor testing unit; Control unit. The
installation structure has the advantages of light weight, compact
structure, and easy installation.
It adopts an integrated oil circuit block design, the system has
the characteristics of low leakage, compact structure, easy
disassembly and assembly.
The output oil circuit is arranged neatly and clearly, making it
easy to operate and install.

Displacement inspection test: No load pressure, measure
displacement.
Volumetric efficiency test: Measure the volumetric efficiency under
rated operating conditions.
Overload test: The maximum displacement, nominal speed, and rated
pressure of the hydraulic pump should be operated for less than 1
minute at 110% or maximum pressure (depending on the power of the
tested component).
External leakage: In the above test, check the leakage situation of
the sealing part.
Test accuracy: (1) Pressure: accuracy ± 0.1%, measurement range
0-35Mpa
(2) Flow rate: accuracy ± 0.5%, measurement range 5-400L/min
