Silicone V-538 is special designed for fine cells and high breathability polyurethane slabstock foam, yield good hardness and ball rebound compared with conventional silicone. Excellent processing latitude in box as well as machine foam having density from 10kg/m3 to 50kg/m3.

Medium potency, designed for density above 10 kg/m3 slabstock foam.
Required increase 5-10% tin catalyst in low density or high filler
formulations compared with conventional silicones due to its high
breathability.
Fine cell structure and high resilience.
It is recommended to keep the this silicone at temperatures between 15-35°C to facilitate handling.
Provide excellent foam processing latitude.
