High Performance CPU Release Agent Lubekote 9020B
Description:
Lubekote 9020B is a lubricant and release system designed for
polyurethane industry.
Lubekote9020B has shown excellent performance in releasing
polyurethane rollers and castors.
Lubekote 9020B is a concentrate. It can be diluted with solvent.
Properties:

Application:
Dilute the product with a solvent to a suitable solid content.
Naphtha and heptane are recommended. Generally it can be diluted by
adding 10-40 parts of solvent. Be sure to well stirred after adding
solvent. Thoroughly clean the mold surface. Apply at least two
uniform, thin coats at process temperature. Allow a short drying
time. Reapply a light coat at process temperature when required to
maintain desired release and lubrication.
Handling precautions:
For industrial use only.
Prolonged skin contact with high concentrate dilutions should be
avoided. Accidental splashes in the eye should be washed out with
copious amounts of water.
