Solvent Liquid Anti-wood Furniture Release Agent Lubekote 9701

Introduction:

Lubekote 9701 is formulated as a solvent-based dispersion of waxes and lubricating agents Most commonly used in polyurethane, especially for cast foam.

Shelf life: 24 months

Application:

Before application the mould surface must be clean and free of any release agent. Ensure that the mould is dry and all solvents have flashed off before injection. Stir before use Dilute 9701 in white spirit or heptane before use. 9701 can be applied to mould surfaces preferably by spraying. Only a thin dry film is required. For the initial application 2 - 3 coats are recommended. Optimal performance at demoulding temperature 30-60°C.

Handling precautions:

For industrial use only.
Prolonged skin contact with high concentrate dilutions should be avoided. Accidental splashes in the eye should be washed out with copious amounts of water.
