Solvent-based Mold Release Agent for the Polyurethane Industry LubeKote 129E
Description:
Lubekote 9129E is a solvent-based mold release agent formulated for
the polyurethane industry. Lubekote 9129E has shown excellent
performance in releasing polyurethane single-density shoes.
Properties:
Colour: Clear liquid
Density: 0.96-1.00 g/cm³
Shelf life: 24 months
Advantages:

- Form a clean film and can be tightly bonded to the mold surface.
- Keep the mold clean for a longer time and reduce the frequency of downtime.
- Ideally, multiple demolding cycles can be achieved for per application.
Application:
For optimum performance, the surface to be treated should be clean
and free from oil or other residues. Lubekote 9129E is delivered as
a concentrate and should be diluted prior to use with solvent. The
dilution of 10-25 by volume is recommended. Optimal dilution rate
should be established for each application. Stir or shake gently
before use. When spraying the release agent, the spray gun should
be 10-20 cm away from the surface of the mold. For the cleaned
mold, it needs to be sprayed 3 times continuously, and the interval
between each time is 3-5 minutes; after the last spray of the
release agent, it is necessary to wait for the release agent to
completely dry before normal production.

Prolonged skin contact with high concentrate dilutions should be
avoided. Accidental splashes in the eye should be washed out with
copious amounts of water.
