Product Description:

Lubekote 9129 is a lubricant and release system designed for polyurethane industry. It has shown excellent performance in releasing polyurethane rollers and castors. Lubekote 9129 is a concentrate. It can be diluted with solvent.

Application:

Dilute the product with a solvent to a suitable solid content. Naphtha and heptane are recommended. Generally it can be diluted by adding 10-30 parts of solvent. Thoroughly clean the mold surface. Apply at least two uniform, thin coats at process temperature. Allow a short drying time. Reapply a light coat at process temperature when required to maintain desired release and lubrication.

Handling precautions:

For industrial use only. Prolonged skin contact with high concentrate dilutions should be avoided. Accidental splashes in the eye should be washed out with copious amounts of water. Do not allow product to freeze.
