Applications:
1.Start by diluting the product to achieve the desired solid
content. We suggest using naphtha or heptane as suitable solvents.
2.The recommended dilution ratio is adding 10-30 parts of solvent
to the product. Feel free to adjust the ratio according to your
specific requirements.
3. Prior to applying the release agent, ensure that the mold
surface is thoroughly cleaned.
4. When the mold is at the process temperature, carefully apply at
least two thin and even coats of the release agent onto its
surface.
5. Allow a brief drying period for the applied coats to set and
adhere effectively.
6. If needed, you can reapply a light coat of the release agent at
the process temperature to maintain the desired level of release
and lubrication.
