Solvent Based Rubber Mold Release Agent Lubekote TS-55-013
TS-55-013 is formulated as a specialized solvent-based release agent which is a solid activation agent dispersion. It provides a dry and colorless coating with low friction and excellent mold releasing and antitack properties. Most commonly used in rubber and plastic materials. It can provide multiple cycles without transfer to the products parts and minimal building-up on mold. TS-55-013 can also be applied in thermosetting resin (epoxy, polyurethane and unsaturated resin)

Shelf life: 24 months minimum
The polymeric resin used in TS-55-013 reacts with moisture. Please ensure can is resealed after use. TS-55- 013 is supplied ready to use, no shaking or mixing is required. Do not mix with other products or solvents.

Application:
Thoroughly clean the surface. Apply at least two uniform, thin

light coat at process temperature when required to maintain desired
release and lubrication.
