Water Based Semi-Permanent Mold Release Agent for Hose Lubekote 9830-2
LubeKote 9830-2 is a polymer microion aqueous dispersion, mainly
used for rubber hose PP,PA,TPX,EPDM, iron and other mandrel
release, is usually used in solvent lubricants and silicone oil the
most economical and safest substitute. In addition, LubeKote9830-2 provides the best anti-stick and low
friction film properties can also be used for external adhesive
anti-stick, this product does not contain any stearic acid, wax and
powder. It is mainly used for rubber hose core shaft and outer adhesive
anti-stick agent.
LubeKote 9830-2 is a semi-permanent water-based release agent,
mainly used for the release of all kinds of rubber products except
silicone.

Application:
1. LubeKote 9830-2 can be used directly, or diluted with water

lubricant and residual glue, and use common methods such as
spraying, scraping, dipping, sweeping, etc., can be applied. At the beginning of use, two thin and even coats of lubricant
should be applied, and when the ideal state is reached, only one
thin and even coat of LubeKote 9830-2 works very well.
3. Generally speaking, the LubeKot 9830-2 thin layer requires a drying
time of 10-30 minutes, and can be shrunk by spraying with a spray
gun
Short drying time, if there is a heat source and fan to reduce the drying time. Although it is recommended that the film layer should be dried before coating, many manufacturers immediately wrap it without negative effects.

Prolonged skin contact with high concentrate dilutions should be
