Release Agent for Rubber Seals and Gaskets Solvent-based Manufacture
Application Field:
It is a release system designed for rubber and plastic materials.
It is specially applied to release NR, CSM, EPDM, CR, FR, HNBR,
PVC, PC, silicone, polyurethane and composite materials. It
produces a durable
film on the mold surface capable of providing many releases before
reapplication is necessary.
It is solvent-based. It is an advanced polymeric resin in a
non-chlorinated organic solvent blend.

Shelf life: 24 months
Advantages:

Application:
- The mold should be thoroughly cleaned.
- Mold cleaning and release agent application should be performed in a well ventilated area.
- Apply a thin coat at process temperature. It is recommended to apply at least two coats at the beginning.
- After a short drying time it is ready to make production.
- Reapply a light coat when necessary.
Handling precautions:
For industrial use only.
Prolonged skin contact with high concentrate dilutions should be
avoided. Accidental splashes in the eye should be washed out with
copious amounts of water.
