Most transition elements are used to facilitate the smooth transition between special elements, such as mixing elements, and conventional elements, such as conveying and kneading elements. These transition elements are designed to minimize dead zones, preventing material residue in the screw. A well-designed transition element not only facilitates transition but also provides certain conveying and dispersion effects. Common transition elements include:

1. Transition between the feeding section of the SK double-headed element and the conventional double-headed conveying element;
2. Transition among double-headed, three-headed, and double-headed conveying elements;
3. Transition between the ZME mixing disc and the double-headed narrow screw sleeve conveying element;
4. Transition between the TME toothed disc and the double-headed narrow screw sleeve conveying element.

Product accuracy

Their finishing process is carried out before heat treatment, and the deformation after heat treatment is not controlled, so their accuracy is not easy to control. But our finishing process is carried out after heat treatment, which can eliminate the deformation of parts in heat treatment, so the precision is higher, and thus can achieve zero seam connection.
