Product Introduction
The black and green double-color HDPE geomembrane is a type of impervious material made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) as the main raw materials. By adding two different color masterbatches, it is manufactured through a double-layer co-extrusion blow molding process. The resulting geomembrane typically has a black and green appearance on both sides, hence the name black and green double-color HDPE geomembrane.
Features and Advantages
Chemical stability: The black and green dual-color HDPE geomembrane has excellent chemical stability, capable of resisting corrosion from various strong acid and alkali chemical media, making it suitable for environments such as sewage treatment and chemical reaction pools.
Aging Resistance: This geomembrane has excellent resistance to aging, ultraviolet radiation, and decomposition, allowing for long-term use in open environments. The material's lifespan can reach 50-70 years.
Root Plant Resistance: It has excellent puncture resistance, capable of withstanding most plant root intrusions.
High Mechanical Strength: The black and green dual-color HDPE geomembrane has excellent mechanical strength, with a breaking tensile strength of 28 MPa and a high elongation at break of up to 700%.
Cost-effectiveness: Although new technologies have been adopted to enhance the impermeability, the production process is more scientific and efficient, resulting in a product cost lower than traditional waterproof materials. Generally, construction projects can save up to 50% of costs.
Easy Construction: This geomembrane is highly flexible, allowing for a variety of specifications and laying forms to be chosen according to different engineering needs. With hot-melt welding technology, the seam strength is high and construction is rapid.
