Chemical Resistant and Temperature Adaptable HDPE Textured
Geomembrane for Landfill Sites
Product Introduction
Spray Coarse Geosynthetics Membrane is a special geosynthetic
material. It is produced on the basis of traditional polyethylene
impervious membrane production technology by updating production
equipment to form a granular rough surface on the produced
geomembrane. This design not only improves the frictional
performance of the geomembrane surface but also has stronger
tensile strength compared to the same specification smooth film.
Product Properties
1. Impermeability: Inherited the excellent impermeability
characteristics of HDPE geomemofilm, effectively preventing the
penetration of water and pollutants.
2 Chemical corrosion resistance: It has good chemical corrosion
resistance and can resist the erosion of various chemical
substances.
3. Resistance to environmental stress cracking: It can also
maintain stability under harsh environmental conditions and is not
easy to crack.
4. Temperature adaptability: can be used in a wide temperature
range, with good heat resistance and cold resistance.
5. Surface textures: Specially designed columnar or point-like
textures that provide additional friction and adhesion.
6. High coefficient of friction: The rough surface of the column
points increases the coefficient of friction with soil or other
covering materials, helping to prevent the geomemofilm from sliding
on the slope.
Product Application
The application field of the sprayed rough geomembrane is very
extensive. It can be used for landfill sites, tailings storage
sites, channel seepage prevention, dike seepage prevention, and
subway projects, etc. In these projects, the sprayed rough
geomembrane can not only play a seepage-proof role but also enhance
the membrane's anti-bearing deformation force, suitable for slope
membrane surface projects that require covering soil and have a
large friction coefficient.
