The system supports a variety of operating logic, such as flow
preset control, time period control, water habit learning. Some
models are equipped with intelligent chips, which can monitor the
hardness of incoming and outgoing water, water consumption curve
and resin status in real time, and intelligently adjust the
regeneration time and method in combination with the operation
data, so as to avoid ineffective regeneration and save salt
consumption and water consumption.
1. Prevent Scaling and Corrosion
In central air-conditioning and centralized heating systems,
especially those that circulate through water (e.g., hot water
boilers, cooling towers, etc.), hardness ions (calcium, magnesium,
etc.) in the water tend to react with other components in the water
to form scale. Scale will accumulate in pipes, radiators, heat
exchangers and boilers, reducing heat exchange efficiency and
leading to premature wear and tear, corrosion and even damage to
equipment.
Removing hardness ions through a water softening system avoids scale formation and ensures the thermal efficiency of the water system and the normal operation of the equipment. Softened water can also avoid corrosion of metal equipment (such as boilers, pipelines), to extend the service life of the equipment.
2. Improve Heat Exchange Efficiency
The accumulation of scale will reduce the heat exchange efficiency
and increase operating costs.
The use of softened water can maintain high fluidity and low resistance of water in heat exchangers, boilers and air conditioning systems, reducing energy waste and equipment loss.
3. Reduced Maintenance Costs
Softened water reduces scaling and corrosion problems, thereby
reducing the frequency of equipment maintenance and associated
costs.
4. Provide a Better Comfort Experience
The efficiency of the hot water system has a direct impact on
indoor temperature stability and comfort. Water softening improves
the system's responsiveness and makes it easier to control indoor
temperatures.
