Core components
High-pressure water pump & injection system
High-pressure water pump generates high-speed water flow, which is
sprayed onto the riverbed through the nozzle to
suspend the silt.
The injection angle and pressure are adjustable to suit different
soil types.
Sludge suction pipe & mud pump system
The negative pressure mud suction pipe sucks the suspended mud and
transports it to the mud discharge area through
the mud pump.
Sludge discharge system
The mud is transported to the reclamation area or mud transport
ship through the pipeline. Some models support long-
distance transportation.
Positioning and movement system
Usually, anchor positioning or small propellers are used to adjust
the position, which is suitable for shallow water operations.
Workflow
High-pressure water jet flushing: The nozzle sprays high-speed
water flow to loosen and suspend the silt.
Mud suction: The mud suction pipe sucks the mud-water mixture under
the action of the mud pump.
Mud discharge: It is transported to the designated area (such as
the reclamation area or mud transport ship) through
the mud discharge pipe.
Hull movement: The working position is adjusted by anchor cables or
propellers to achieve continuous dredging.
Applications
River dredging: remove silt from rivers and canals to restore
navigation capacity.
Lake management: clean up eutrophic sediments and improve water quality (such as urban landscape lakes).
Port maintenance: dredge loose sediments in harbors and anchorages.
Environmental protection engineering: low-disturbance dredging to reduce the impact on aquatic ecology.
Mining assistance: extract sand ores (such as gold sand and tin sand) from the seabed or riverbed.
