realize the importance of protecting worker's safety while
developing industry.Therefore, all kinds of harmful gas and
flammable and explosive gas alarm instruments have gradually become
essential protective equipment in industrial safety.
K700 fixed gas detection transmitter can be widely used in metallurgy,
petroleum,petrochemical,chemical,shipbuilding and other
industries.The instrument adopts explosion-proof design,(4 ~ 20) MA
standard signal output, which can be transmitted remotely and
directly into DCS system. The detection sensor has the
characteristics of high sensitivity, rapid response, long service
life and short polarization time, and is at the leading level of
similar products in China.
The combustible gas sensor adopts the latest generation of carrier catalytic elements with low power consumption and high anti-interference.It forms a detection bridge with two fixed resistors.When the combustible gas contained in the air diffuses to the surface of the detection element, the flameless combustion will be carried out quickly under the action of the catalyst on the surface of the detection element, resulting in reaction heat, which increases the platinum wire resistance of the detection element, and the detection bridge outputs a differential pressure signal.The magnitude of this voltage signal is directly proportional to the concentration of combustible gas.After amplification, it performs voltage and current conversion, and converts the percentage content (% LEL) within the lower explosion limit of combustible gas into (4 ~ 20) MA standard signal output.
The oxygen sensor applies the principle of galvanni galvanic cell. Its structure is that the anode (lead) and cathode (silver) are installed in the galvanic cell, which are separated from the outside with a thin film. When the oxygen-containing gas in the air reaches the cathode through this thin film, redox reaction occurs.At this time, the sensor will have a mV level voltage output proportional to the oxygen concentration. After the voltage signal is amplified, it will convert the voltage and current, and convert the content within the percentage of oxygen (0 ~ 30%) into a standard signal output.
