Electric furnace for treating zinc-containing tailing slag
Equipment use:
The equipment adopts fire smelting technology, adding mixed
materials containing zinc oxide, coke, solvent, etc. into the
furnace, using electric energy to heat zinc materials to distill
zinc steam, and condensing zinc steam through the condenser to
produce crude zinc products.
Equipment Overview:
1. The equipment is designed and manufactured according to
GBl0067.1-4 "Basic Technical Conditions for Electric Heating
Equipment".
2. The main technologies used in this equipment are:
3. Fully closed structure design;
4. Plate water cooling furnace cover:
5. Energy-saving short net;
6. Copper tube type hydraulic lifting type conductive cross arm;
7. Water-cooled cable in large section;
8.PLC automatic control system;
The shell is made of 20 thick steel plate (Q235) welded, the shell
is cylindrical, and the bottom is installed on the foundation
I-steel. The top of the furnace shell is provided with a sand
sealing groove.
The furnace shell is provided with a manual slagging operation
door, a slagging tank and an iron tapping tank.
The slag chute of the furnace body adopts a water-cooled chute,
which is connected with the flange of the slag outlet.
Furnace shell inner lining refractory.
The electrode lifting device is composed of a conductive cross arm, a column, an electrode lifting hydraulic cylinder (built into the column steel pipe), a trailer, a guide wheel, etc.
The electrode lifting device has the following advantages:
· The conductive transverse arm is flexible in lifting, the system
has small inertia and good rigidity;
· Greatly simplified structure, good insulation performance, high
reliability;
· Can easily and reliably clamp and relax the electrode;
· The electrode clamping force is large, and the clamping head is
not easy to spark;
· The electrode lock is a water-cooled component, which will not
cause the electrode to slide due to thermal expansion in the high
temperature area.
