Equipment structure form:
The main technology used in the electric arc furnace is fixed cover, top charging, top exhaust smoke and dust removal, and the structure of the furnace body car. Equipment structure characteristics:
1. The furnace cover is fixed, the furnace body running car out of
the discharge, the top of the furnace cover is provided with dust
removal, feeding device;
2. Each phase adopts two large-section internal water-cooled
cables, compensators, water-cooled copper pipes through walls, and
energy-saving short nets arranged in triangular space. Short mesh
impedance value ≤3mΩ, three-phase impedance unbalance ≤5%;
3.PLC electrode lifting automatic regulator, with automatic and
manual operation control mode;
4.. The car moving for the external hoist traction, electrode
lifting are hydraulic transmission, integrated block proportional
adjustment hydraulic valve;
5. Electrical control using host computer + Siemens PLC control;
6. Transformer: primary side voltage 34.5KV±0.5%,

Principle of operation:
LM series low pressure pulse dust collector is mainly composed of
upper box, middle box, ash hopper, air inlet flow pipe, filter bag
assembly and spray device, ash discharge device. The
dust-containing air enters from the middle box of the dust
collector through the flow equalization duct, under the diversion
of the upper flow air duct of the ash hopper, the large particles
of dust are separated and fall directly into the ash hopper, while
the finer dust evenly enters the middle box and adsorbs on the
outer surface of the filter bag, and the clean gas enters the upper
box through the filter bag, and is discharged into the atmosphere
through the off-line valve through the centrifugal fan and exhaust
duct. With the continuous filtration condition, the dust on the
filter bag accumulates more and more. When the equipment resistance
reaches the limited resistance value (generally 1470Pa), the
cleaning control device automatically closes the off-line valve in
one chamber according to the setting value of the cleaning time
program, and then opens the electromagnetic pulse valve in the
chamber according to the setting program to perform wind stop
spraying. The pressure in the filter bag is increased by using
compressed air to spray instantaneously The dust on the filter bag
is shaken off (even if the sticky and fine dust can be cleaned more
thoroughly) to the ash hopper and discharged by the exhaust
mechanism.
