Introduction to the Structure of Color Change Valves
In needle-seal type control valves, curing agents are highly prone
to crystallizing and solidifying between the valve needle and the sealing ring, which hinders the
precise movement of the valve needle and causes the control valve to either fail to close tightly
or fail to open at all. Therefore, diaphragm-type control valves are used in
spraying/discharging fluid channels; the curing agent is strictly blocked by the diaphragm outside the space
between the valve needle and the sealing ring, ensuring precise control and long-term operation of
the control valve.
