2. Single robot intelligent welding station working process
Using an independently developed intelligent welding and vision system, the welding seam position is accurately identified and calculated through visual photography, marking, and laser scanning. Based on the scanning results, calculate the actual position of the weld seam; Automatically match the welding process based on the size of the welding angle, including current and voltage, welding speed, welding gun posture, etc; Create program instructions that can be recognized by the robot based on the welding trajectory and process, and transmit them to the robot for welding.
1) Lift the panels into the working area by using a crane;
2) Start the robot for scanning;
3) Automatically generate welding/cutting programs after scanning is completed;
4) Perform welding/cutting

Intelligent welding robot system with 7th Linear track

Each set of ground rail linear track 7th axis of intelligent welding workstation includes: Arc welding robot, ground rail walking mechanism, welding power supply, welding gun and water cooling system, vision system, intelligent welding software system (standard configuration).

2. Linear track intelligent welding station working process
1) Manually or by conveyor chain, transfer the components to be welded to the workbench, close to the positioning point P;
2) (At the same time or in advance) the operator rotates the model uniformly based on the component number and placement method, and creates nodes;

3) If the placement deviation is too large, first use a camera to identify the component and locate point P;

4) If the placement is close, the operator can directly load the model and start scanning (at this time, the operator can lift another component to the second set of equipment rack or another workstation of this equipment to perform the above operation)

5) After scanning is completed, the system starts welding;

6) The welding of the entire component is completed, and the component is transported to the subsequent work station.

3. Gantry dual-robots intelligent welding station working process
1) Manually or by conveyor chain, transfer the components to be welded to the workbench, close to the positioning point P;
2) (At the same time or in advance) the operator rotates the model uniformly based on the component number and placement method, and creates nodes;
3) If the placement deviation is too large, first use the camera to identify the component and locate point P. If the placement position is close, the operator will directly load the model and start scanning
4) After scanning is completed, the system starts welding;
5) The welding of the entire component is completed, and the component is transported to the subsequent work station. If there is no component model, visual interaction can be used to operate the equipment welding. After the components are placed on the platform, the operator uses a camera to take photos of the parts to be welded, matches the process, and starts scanning welding. Compared to model driven, the workload of operators is relatively increased.
