The core of the 99.5% oxygen purification device is to remove impurities such as nitrogen and argon from low-purity oxygen (such as 93% concentration) through deep separation technology, and increase the oxygen concentration to above 99.5% to meet the high-purity requirements for medical or industrial use. With the improvement of national standards for medical oxygen (the original 93% concentration is classified as "oxygen-enriched air"), some hospitals can install this device after the existing 93% oxygen generator to purify the oxygen to 99.5%, without the need to replace the entire set of equipment, thus meeting the new regulations at a low cost.
