Air Storage Tank
Once the compressor completes the compression process, the compressed air is directed into an air storage tank, ready for future use. When the need arises, the compressed air is released from the storage tank through the discharge valve and pipelines, efficiently reaching the intended equipment or system. Simultaneously, to prevent any potential hazards like overload or tank explosion, a safety valve is incorporated. It automatically activates when the compressed air surpasses the predetermined safety pressure, releasing the excess air safely. This critical safety measure ensures the integrity of the air storage tank and safeguards the surrounding environment.

PSA TECHNOLOGY INTRODUCTION
PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) Technology a revolution in Non
Cryogenic Air Separation and Oxygen Generation Technology uses
special grade of ZMS ( Zeolite Molecular Sieve).
The compressed air is passed through a Twin Tower PSA module
interconnected with automatic change over valves. After passing
through a Refrigerated Dryer air gets dried. Dried compressed air
will now come in contact with bed of Zeolite molecular sieves
(ZMS).
Zeolite Molecular Sieves are special grade of adsorbent which have the property of preferential adsorption of nitrogen molecules.
The outgoing oxygen gas is sent to a surge vessel where the minimum pressure will be maintained with the help of Back pressure Regulator.
