Product Description:

We use green beauty packaging. The valve bag adopts three-layer
leak-proof technology to prevent the liquid in the valve bag from
reacting with the chemical components in the liquid due to
long-term use. The valve bag material is made of recyclable and
degradable green environmentally friendly material with a
recyclability rate of up to 97%, while protecting sensitive active
ingredients. This super-strong barrier packaging bag can block
ultraviolet rays and oxygen, effectively protecting the formula.
The valve is equipped with an aerosol can pressure system to
achieve precise vacuum distribution. The complete utilization rate
of the bag valve can reach 99%, ensuring that the product can be
output more completely from the first use to the last use. The
container body is made of 100% post-consumer recycled steel with a
plastic-free coating. The sealing cup of this valve is mainly made
of high-quality tinplate, and an anti-rust layer is applied on the
tinplate surface to ensure that the product will not rust due to
long-term contact with the liquid in the bag valve. The valve is
compatible with viscous serums and particle suspensions, making it
easy to apply sunscreen or exfoliating products, ensuring a clean
application process. The 360° rotating nozzle is ergonomically

Future industry manufacturing complex spans an area of nearly 7,000 square meters. It incorporates six high-speed aerosol valve production lines and more than 30 special valve production lines.

Each year, Future industry aerosol can produce up to one billion aerosol valves. Production of the valve mounting cups is carried out in this workshop. We use a high-speed automatic stamping machine to transform high-quality steel plates into valve mounting cups. Due to the high degree of its automation, this equipment can help to reduce labor costs and increase production efficiency significantly.

In addition, we utilize an efficient machine that can automatically press an outer rubber ring into a valve mounting cup in order to provide superior sealing performance in the process of final assembly.

This workshop contains over 20 injection molding machines and three injection molding lines. Among them, our injection molding machines are used to produce a variety of accessories such as valve stems, valve chambers, actuators, and spray caps, etc.

Due to efficient automation, we require a very small number of staff to run these more than 20 injection molders. During the production process, our quality control inspectors are responsible for sampling and testing every batch of accessories. Additionally, our injection molding line has the capability to produce various sizes of dip tubes in automatic mode.

This workshop is used to assemble all kinds of accessories. It is equipped with automated assembly equipment to greatly increase production efficiency and provide our customers with enhanced profits.

After assembly is completed, our valves will be automatically counted and packed.
