NS321 Alloy is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel
known for its excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion,
particularly after exposure to temperatures in the range of 427°C
to 816°C (800°F to 1500°F). This alloy is well-suited for
applications requiring high-temperature stability and resistance to
oxidation and scaling.
Composition:
NS321 Alloy primarily consists of:
- Nickel (Ni): 9 - 12%
- Chromium (Cr): 17 - 19%
- Carbon (C): ≤ 0.08%
- Manganese (Mn): ≤ 2%
- Silicon (Si): ≤ 0.75%
- Phosphorus (P): ≤ 0.045%
- Sulfur (S): ≤ 0.03%
- Titanium (Ti): 5x(C+N) min - 0.7%
- Iron (Fe): Balance
