Compressor
The unit adopts a high-efficiency semi-hermetic screw
compressorwith advanced third-generation rotor profiles and
patented tooth designIt supports stepless or dual-stage capacity
control, sianificantlyimproving full-load and part-load
performance.Compared to traditional models, energy efficiency is
increased by20%-30%,and the compressor includes multiple protection
functions.
Electrical Control System
The system uses microcomputer control for fast response,
real-timemonitoring, and fault recording.
It supports timed startup/shutdown, remote monitoring, and
centralizedmanagement, and can be equipped with well-known PLC
controllers basedon project needs
Dry Filter
Combines a high-efficiency filter core with a compact design.The
specialized filter medium ensures excellent dehydration
performance.preventing moisture and acid corrosion, while ensuring
system reliability evenin poor water quality environments.
Electronic Expansion Valve(EEV)
The valve precisely adjusts refrigerant flow based on cooling load
andtemperature, maintaining optimal evaporation conditions and
improving heatexchange efficiency.
It helps stabilize system operation and enhances energy efficiency,
achievingfast and precise control of superheat.
Tube-in-Shell Evaporator & Condenser
These high-efficiency heat exchangers use internal threaded copper
tubes andundergo strict testing to ensure reliable sealing and
performance.They are compact, lightweight, efficient, and suitable
for a wide range ofoperating conditions
