Equipment Introduction
The compact extruder is a single-stage vacuum brick machine
engineered for small-to-medium clay fired brick plants. It
eliminates the conventional upper mixing section and is rigidly
bolted to the upstream mixer/extruder mouth, creating a one-piece
structure that greatly shortens overall length and reduces building
height requirements.
Application in Clay Brick Plant:
Used to vacuum-extrude pre-treated clay, shale, or coal-gangue
mixes into wet brick blanks in one pass, ready for cutting,
stacking, drying, and firing downstream.

Function:
