Getting Started with Hydrogen Inhalation:
The hydrogen inhaler functions silently and its operation is
straightforward, needing only distilled water. Just link it to the
hydrogen outlet, start with a 30-minute session each day, and then
slowly raise the frequency to two 30-minute sessions (one in the
morning and one in the evening). After 1 to 2 weeks, move on to two
1-hour sessions per day, taking breaks in between so that your body
can go back to its normal state.
