Stage 1: Structural Reinforcement
Fabricate load-bearing framework using galvanized steel channels
(min. 14-gauge), securing to ceiling joists with seismic-grade
brackets spaced ≤16" apart. Verify structural integrity for 3×
equipment weight capacity (min. 330lbs).
Stage 2: Core Unit Mounting
Position the aerodynamic housing onto vibration-damping isolators
(included), maintaining 6" clearance from adjacent surfaces. Torque
M12 mounting bolts to 45Nm using crisscross pattern.
Stage 3: Ductwork Integration
Engage the directional flange with cabinet's exhaust collar using
quarter-turn interlock system. Conduct smoke-pencil test to confirm
zero leakage at 2" static pressure.
