1. What Is front idler ?

The idler is vital in maintaining the smooth operation of track links and preventing their displacement. Additionally, it supports a portion of the weight, reinforcing the track links and minimizing the ground pressure they exert. A strategically positioned arm underneath supports the track link, ensuring balanced movement. A small gap between the idler and the track roller enhances the overall straightness and directional stability of the track system, thereby guaranteeing its effective and precise performance.

These materials undergo normalization, while the rail surface undergoes medium-frequency induction hardening to achieve a surface hardness ranging from HRC48 to HRC58, with a hardening depth of at least 4-6mm (reaching HRC45 at this depth).
