1. What Is front idler ?

The idler is vital for ensuring the smooth operation of the track links and preventing their displacement. It also supports a portion of the weight, strengthening the track links and reducing the ground pressure they generate. A central arm supports the track link, enabling its movement in both directions. A small gap between the idler and the track roller enhances alignment and directional stability, ensuring efficient and precise performance.

The product showcases a wheel body characterized by a distinctive box-shaped design, meticulously crafted through casting processes that utilize either alkaline phenol-formaldehyde resin sand or sodium silicate sand as the base material. This material undergoes normalization, while the rail surface undergoes medium-frequency induction hardening to attain a surface hardness ranging from HRC48 to HRC58, accompanied by a hardening depth of at least 4-6mm (reaching HRC45 at this depth). This ensures that the product can withstand high impacts and wear, even under harsh operational conditions.
