Multi-Axis Screw Conveyor Three-Axis Mechanical Conveyor Flexible
Cement Screw Conveyor For Silos and Cement Mining Applications
Our multi-shaft screw conveyors are engineered for the flour
milling industry, specifically designed for efficient
transportation of cereal grains, flour, and by-products like bran.
Constructed from durable carbon steel with food-grade surface
finishing, these conveyors deliver reliable performance in
demanding industrial applications.
Construction Details
- U-shaped trough design with multiple outlet spouts
- End plates at each trough termination point
- Helicoid screw flighting welded to center pipe with coupling bushes
- Dual end bearing assemblies with integrated shaft sealing units
- Intermediate hanger bearings with self-lubricating bushes (quantity
varies by length)
- Secure bolted trough covers for easy maintenance
Key Conveying Features
Our shaftless screw conveyors excel in handling viscous materials
across multiple industries including chemical processing, food
production, pharmaceuticals, paper manufacturing, beverage
processing, and environmental applications. They are particularly
effective for transporting:
- High-viscosity materials
- Paste-like substances (chemical raw materials, waste pulp, malt,
sludge)
- Materials prone to winding or tangling
Performance Advantages
- Environmental Protection: Fully enclosed design prevents material contamination during
transport
- Enhanced Capacity: Delivers 1.5x the volume of traditional shaft conveyors with
equivalent diameter
- Reliable Operation: Minimal risk of blockages during continuous use
- Extended Reach: Capable of transmission distances up to 60-70 meters
- Space-Efficient Design: Compact footprint with user-friendly operation and competitive
pricing
Operational Requirements
a. Startup Procedure: Always initiate operation without load (empty casing). Begin
feeding only after the conveyor is running.
b. Feeding Protocol: Gradually increase material input to reach rated capacity.
Maintain consistent feed rates to prevent material accumulation and
equipment overload.
c. Shutdown Process: Cease feeding before stopping operation to ensure complete
material discharge from the casing.
d. Material Specifications: Avoid conveying hard contaminants that could cause jamming or
mechanical damage.
e. Maintenance Checks: Regularly inspect all components during operation. Immediately
tighten any loose fasteners to maintain structural integrity.
f. Safety Precautions: Never remove the protective cover while the conveyor is in
operation.
