This large capacity Ribbon Blender is designed for efficient mixing of dry spices powder, featuring a horizontal U-shaped tank with counter-current ribbons for homogeneous blending. Made from high-quality stainless steel 304/316L, it ensures durability and hygiene. With a mixing time of 5-8 minutes per batch and a max loading capacity of 2000 liters, it suits various industries including food processing, chemicals, and manufacturing.
Efficient mixing mechanism
Double-layer counter-rotating helical strips (inner and outer
helical strips) are adopted to form convective shearing, achieving
efficient mixing in three-dimensional space. Usually, one batch of
mixing can be completed within 3 to 15 minutes.
The precisely controlled gap between the blades and the cylinder
wall (which can be as small as 3-10mm) reduces dead corners and
results in a low material residue rate.
Structural design and materials
Cylinder: Mostly U-shaped or O-shaped horizontal design to reduce
mixing dead corners. The material can be selected according to the
requirements
Carbon steel: Economical and practical, used for general feed or
non-corrosive materials.
Stainless steel (SUS304/316L) : Corrosion-resistant, easy to clean,
and meets the hygiene requirements of the food and pharmaceutical
industries (such as FDA, GMP).
Sealing system: The improved spiral gas seal structure at the shaft
end effectively prevents dust leakage and is equipped with a gas
seal failure alarm function to ensure production safety.
Functional scalability
Configurable jackets are used for heating (electric heating or heat
transfer oil) or cooling (cooling water) to meet different process
requirements.
Flexible discharging method: The pneumatic large door structure
ensures fast unloading and no residue. Butterfly valves (manual or
pneumatic) are suitable for semi-fluid materials.
Support for customization: Such as volume, motor power, rotational
speed, material surface treatment (polishing), LOGO, etc. can all
be customized as needed.
Operation and Maintenance
Automatic control: Optional PLC control is available, which is
simple to operate and runs stably.
Easy to clean and maintain: Large event doors are easy to clean,
and the modular design makes them convenient for upgrading and
transformation.
Low energy consumption and low-speed mixing: Small temperature rise
