Description
The XHHV535-4T high voltage surge generator is currently the most user-friendly trolley-type DC impulse high-voltage equipment. It can be used for shock discharge in the detection of medium and low voltage cable faults. High-precision test cable fault sampling waveform module and small transformer are installed inside, which can truly achieve the effect of not being damaged by impact, and it also has the functions of automatic timing impact, manual impact and withstand voltage test.
Panel introduction
1. Ammeter: Indication of the current size on the low-voltage side.
2. Voltmeter: Indication of high-voltage output voltage kV meter.
3. High-voltage lamp (HV): On indicates high-voltage output, off
indicates no high-voltage output.
4. Power lamp (Power): After turning on the power switch, the
indicator light is on.
5. Zero position lamp (Zero): Indicates that the voltage adjustment
knob is in the zero position state. The high voltage can only be
started when the zero position lamp is on.
6. Overcurrent protection switch: Pressing the state indicates that
the overcurrent protection function has started; when it pops up,
it indicates that the instrument has triggered the overcurrent
protection.
7. Power switch (Power Switch): Turn clockwise to turn on the
system power supply, and counterclockwise to turn off the cable
fault test device

8. Single key (Single): When the mode selection key is in the
Single function, this key is valid.
9. Mode selection (Mode select): It is divided into three modes:
withstand voltage (DC), single (Single), and cycle (Cycle). DC is
the withstand voltage function. When this function is selected, the
cable will be subjected to withstand voltage test; Single is a
manual function. When this function is selected, the high voltage
will be started and then boosted. Pressing the Single key can
manually trigger the impact discharge; Cycle is an automatic
function. When this function is selected, the high voltage will be
started and boosted. The instrument will automatically trigger the
impact discharge for about 7 seconds.
10. Start button (Start): In the zero position state, press the
start button, the high voltage will start, and the high voltage
light will be on. In the non-zero position state, the high voltage
light will not be on when started.
11. Stop button (Stop): When the test is completed or an
abnormality occurs, press this button to cut off the high voltage
output. At this time, the remaining high voltage of the test will
also be automatically discharged.
12. Voltage control knob (Voltage control): When this knob is in
the zero position state, the zero position light will be on, and
the high voltage can be started. The voltage can only be boosted
through the voltage control knob after the high voltage is started.
