1. Full function, which not only satisfies the excitation
characteristics (ie volt-ampere characteristics), turns ratio,
polarity, secondary winding resistance, secondary load, ratio
difference of various types of CT (eg protection, metering, TP)
Angle and other test requirements, can also be used for various
types of PT electromagnetic unit excitation characteristics, turns
ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, ratio difference and
other tests.
2. On-site verification of current transformers does not require
standard current transformers, current regulators, load boxes,
voltage regulation control boxes and high-current wires. It uses
extremely simple test wiring and operation to achieve current
transformer verification, which greatly reduces the work. The
strength and work efficiency are improved, and is facilitatedthe
on-site verification of the transformer.
3. It can accurately measure the turns ratio and angular
difference, the maximum allowable error of the difference is ±0.1%,
and the maximum allowable error of the angular difference is ±5min.
It can carry out the field test of the 0.2S class current
transformer, and the ratio measurement range is 1~40000.With the
special booster of our company, it can output 180A current, which
is convenient for on-site flow test.
4. Test CT/PT volt-ampere characteristic curve and 10% error curve
based on advanced frequency conversion method, output AC voltage of
only 180V and AC current of 12Arms (36A peak), but can cope with CT
test with inflection point up to 60KV.
5. Automatically give Inflection point voltage/current, 10% (5%)
error curve, accuracy limit coefficient (ALF), instrument security
factor (FS), quadratic time constant (Ts), remanence coefficient
(Kr), saturation and unsaturated CT/ PT parameters.
6. Test to meet GB1208 (IEC60044-1), GB16847 (IEC60044-6), GB1207
and other types of transformer standards, and automatically select
which standard according to the type and level of transformers for
testing.
7. The test is simple and convenient, one-button CT straight
resistance, excitation, turns ratio and polarity test. TheCT and
other tests can be done only use the same wiring, except the load
test.
8. Chinese/English dynamic graphic interface, can complete the
wiring, set parameters even no need to read the manual: dynamic
display parameter setting, automatically display its related
parameters according to the currently selected test items; dynamic
display help wiring diagram, the corresponding wiring diagram is
displayedaccording to the currently selected test items.
9.5.7-inch graphic transflective LCD, clear to see even in the sun.
10. It is operated by rotating optical mouse, which is easy to
operate, fast and convenient, and easy to learn.
11. The panel comes with a printer that automatically prints the
test report.
