XHYS101 insulating oil dielectric loss tester is designed and
manufactured according to GB/T5654-2007 "Measurement of relative
permittivity, dielectric loss factor and DC resistivity of liquid
insulating materials".
It is used to measure the dielectric loss factor and DC resistivity
of liquid insulating media such as insulating oil. Integrated
structure. The main components such as dielectric loss oil cup,
temperature controller, temperature sensor, dielectric loss test
bridge, AC test power supply, standard capacitor, high resistance
meter, and DC high voltage source are integrated inside. The
instrument adopts all-digital technology, all intelligent automatic
measurement, and is equipped with a large-screen (240×128) liquid
crystal display. The test results can be automatically stored and
printed out, and operators can use it proficiently without
professional training.
(1) The oil cup adopts a three-electrode structure in accordance with the national standard GB/T5654-2007, and the distance between the electrodes is 2mm, which can eliminate the influence of stray capacitance and leakage on the dielectric loss test results.
(2) The instrument adopts intermediate frequency induction heating
and PID temperature control algorithm. This heating method has the
advantages of non-contact between the oil cup and the heating body,
uniform heating, fast speed, and convenient control, so that the
temperature is strictly controlled within the preset temperature
error range.
(3) The internal standard capacitor is SF6 gas-filled
three-electrode capacitor. The dielectric loss and capacitance of
the capacitor are not affected by ambient temperature and humidity,
so that the accuracy of the instrument can still be guaranteed
after long-term use.
(4) The AC test power supply adopts the AC-DC-AC conversion method, which effectively avoids the influence of the mains voltage and frequency fluctuations on the accuracy of the dielectric loss test. Even if the generator generates electricity, the instrument can run correctly.
(5) Perfect protection function. When there is overvoltage,
overcurrent, or high voltage short circuit, the instrument can
quickly cut off the high voltage and issue a warning message. When
the temperature sensor fails or is not connected, a warning message
is issued.
There is a temperature limit relay in the intermediate frequency
induction heating furnace. When the temperature exceeds 120
degrees, the relay is released and the heating stops.
(6) It is convenient to set test parameters. Temperature setting
range 0~125ºC, AC voltage setting range
500~2200V, DC voltage setting range is 0~500V.
(7) Adopt large-screen LCD display with backlight and clear
display. Friendly man-machine interface, just follow the Chinese
menu prompts and input commands, the instrument can automatically
test. And automatically store and print test results.
(8) With a real-time clock, the test date and time can be saved,
displayed and printed with the test results.
(9) Empty electrode cup calibration function. Measure the
capacitance and dielectric loss factor of the empty electrode cup
to judge the cleaning and assembly conditions of the empty
electrode cup. Calibration data is automatically saved to
facilitate accurate calculations of relative permittivity and DC
resistivity.
