Molding method based on molds: Injection molding is a process that uses molds to shape plastic products. After heating the plastic raw materials to a molten state, they are injected into the pre-designed mold cavity through a high-pressure injection device. Inside the mold, the plastic melt fills every corner of the cavity under pressure, and then cools and solidifies, finally forming a plastic product with the same shape as the mold cavity. For example, when manufacturing plastic cups, plastic particles are heated and melted in the injection molding machine and then injected into a mold in the shape of a cup. After cooling, a molded cup can be obtained.

High repeatability: Since injection molding relies on precise molds, as long as the mold state and injection molding process parameters (such as temperature, pressure, injection speed, etc.) remain consistent, the products molded each time can be highly repetitive in terms of shape, size, and quality. This is very beneficial for large-scale and standardized production. For example, when producing mobile phone cases, the shape and dimensional accuracy of each case can achieve a high degree of consistency.
