Q:Do you have an MOQ ?
A:We do very small MOQ, usually it is just 1000pcs /design, but actual QTY depend on the size and structure, if too small size,will be higher MOQ, if large product, just lower MOQ
Q:Do you accept customers' own design?
A: We have OEM and ODM service, welcome customers own design. and we have a professional team having much experience in designing and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas (the logo, text and how they need to look like), we will draw the finished files for your confirmation.
Q: Can I get sample?How much does the proofing cost?
A: Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.we have professional engineers to evaluate the associated costs according to your design.
Q: How long is the sampling process and production process?
A: Existing samples: 1-3 days. Custom sample: 3-7 days. Small quantity: 15-20 days; large order: 20-25days,actual time depend on the structure and order quantity.
Q: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A: We have our own professional designers. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold.
Q: Can I make the silicone production mold directly instead of a sample mold ?
A: Yes, sure, we can make production mold directly without try with sample mold, but please note once the mold created, not able to change if the structure has problem, that’s why usually we suggest to try a sample mold first, you can adjust it if sample is not suitable.
