Wave Soldering Machines

Module introduction:

Transport module: Adopt imported motor; Equipped with width modulation digital display instrument and track Angle digital display instrument; It has a segmented floating structure and a direct-connected entry plate structure, which effectively prevents the deformation of the guide rail and makes the entry plate more smooth.

Spray module: The precision control valve is used for digital adjustment, which can achieve high efficiency and atomizing spray coating effect; Modular design for easy maintenance and management.

Preheating module: Infrared + hot air preheating mode, any collocation, flexible choice of mixed preheating mode, uniform and stable temperature.

Tin furnace: Using heating type heating, the inner liner is made of cast iron, the inner surface is anti-corrosion treatment, two low flow nozzle, low oxidation design.

Cooling module: Forced natural wind cooling system, to ensure the cooling speed of 4~6℃/ SEC, adjustable speed, chiller as an option.

System: PC+PLC control system, Windows 10 operating system, Chinese/English operation interface, process curve/data automatic storage function, flux liquid level is too low and too high alarm; Low tin level alarm.
