Principles of Our Power System:
The system input is sent to the rectifier module input through a 63A/2P circuit breaker. Parallel AC C-level lightning protection is used for lightning protection at the input end.
The rectifier module operates in parallel, and its DC output is connected through a busbar to supply two backup battery packs and DC loads. DC loads are controlled by fuses or air switches, providing users with on/off control for each load and protection against overload and short circuits.
Under normal system conditions, various parameters of the rectifier module and distribution unit are controlled by the monitoring module and operate according to their predetermined parameters or user commands. If the mains power fails, the system will switch to battery power supply. As the battery discharges, the voltage at the battery end begins to drop. When the battery voltage drops to a power down voltage point, the monitoring module controls the power down contactor to operate and cut off the load; When the battery voltage drops to the battery protection voltage point, the monitoring module controls the action of the secondary power-off contactor, cutting off the connection between the power system and the battery, protecting the battery from excessive discharge. At this time, the power system will stop working. When the external mains power is restored and the rectifier module resumes output, the system will resume normal operation. The monitoring module can detect and control the working status of the entire power distribution system. User commands can be issued through the keyboard on the monitoring module panel, local backend PC, and remote central control room. The system's working status and parameters can be displayed on the monitoring module LCD screen, local backend PC, and remote central control room. The system can collect various environmental variables, including smoke, door magnets, water immersion, temperature, and humidity, by configuring appropriate sensors report.
