The duplex structure gives it higher strength than austenitic stainless steels while retaining good toughness. It is commonly used in pressure vessels, marine applications, and storage tanks. For maintenance, Stainless Steel 2205 2507 904L 2507 904L should be cleaned regularly with a mild detergent to avoid the buildup of debris and contaminants. Avoid abrasive cleaning methods, as these could scratch the surface.
