2 The influence of alloy composition and organizational structure
on the anodic oxidation of aluminum alloy :
The difference between the anodic oxidation characteristics of
aluminum alloy and pure aluminum actually reflects the great role
of alloying elements and impurity elements, as well as the great
influence of organizational structure and surface state.In the
past, anodic oxidation has been applied to a large number of
extruded profiles of 6063 deformed aluminum alloy of Al-Mg-Si
system.If the same anodic oxidation process with 6063 alloy is used
on Al-Cu 2024 alloy or Al-Zn-Mg 7075 alloy, some difficulties will
be encountered; if it is used for high silicon die-casting aluminum
alloy, the problem will be even greater.Anodic oxidation workers if
the metallurgy of aluminum alloy is not familiar with, for the
aluminum alloy itself triggered by the defects of the anodic
oxidation film is often at a loss.
