Airbag material: Usually, high-strength and wear-resistant rubber
materials are adopted, such as chloroprene rubber or nitrile
rubber, etc. These rubbers have excellent elasticity, sealing
property and anti-aging performance, and can withstand frequent
expansion and contraction as well as pressure changes, ensuring
that the airbag maintains stable performance during long-term use.
To enhance the strength and durability of the airbag,
fiber-reinforced materials such as polyester fibers or nylon fibers
are also added to the rubber to form a composite material
structure.
Metal component materials: The metal components in air suspension
shock absorbers, such as suspension brackets, air valves, piston
rods, etc., are generally made of high-strength alloy steel or
aluminum alloy. Alloy steel has high strength and toughness,
capable of withstanding significant stress and impact force,
ensuring the reliable operation of the suspension system under
complex road conditions. Aluminum alloy material has the advantages
of light weight and corrosion resistance, which can effectively
reduce the unsprung mass of the vehicle, improve the response speed
of the suspension system and the handling performance of the
vehicle.
Other materials: Some air suspension shock absorbers also use
components made of plastic or composite materials, such as air
ducts and connecting joints. These materials have excellent
insulation, corrosion resistance and a low coefficient of friction,
which helps to enhance the performance and reliability of the
entire system, while also reducing costs and weight.
