Working principle:
When the driver steps on the brake pedal, the air pressure output
by the brake valve is transmitted to the relay valve as an input
signal. Under the action of this control pressure, the valve inside
the relay valve is pushed open, so that the compressed air in the
air reservoir can directly and quickly enter the brake air chamber
through the relay valve without passing through other complex
pipelines or components, greatly shortening the inflation time of
the brake air chamber.
When the brake pedal is released, the relay valve can quickly
discharge the compressed air in the brake air chamber to achieve
rapid release of the brake.
