Ingredients:

  • Chicken: 500g (cut into pieces)
  • Yellow Braised Chicken Sauce: 80g
  • Ginger: An appropriate amount (sliced)

  • Green Pepper: 1-2 (cut into pieces)
  • Red Pepper: 1-2 (cut into pieces)
  • Potato: 1 (cut into pieces, optional)

  • Starch: An appropriate amount (for thickening, optional)
  • Cooking Oil: An appropriate amount

Cooking Steps:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Clean the chicken, cut it into pieces; slice the ginger, crush the garlic, cut the green and red peppers and potatoes into pieces.

  2. Marinate the Chicken: Mix the 80g of yellow braised chicken sauce with the chicken pieces and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
