The picture shows a three-way diverter valve, also known as a plunger type diverter valve. The diameter is DN80 and the material is 316 stainless steel. It is commonly used in pneumatic conveying pipelines for powder and granular materials, and is used as a valve to switch the flow direction of materials. This plunger type diverter valve is suitable for conveying conditions with a pressure exceeding 1.5 bags and is often used near the top of the silo. The angle between the directional valve channels is 45 degrees. Equipped with electrical components such as cylinders, solenoid valves, filter regulators, junction boxes, proximity switches, etc., brands can be selected according to customer requirements. If the customer uses it under low-temperature conditions, low-temperature resistant electrical components can also be selected for the customer. After tens of thousands of directional action tests, the sealing performance is still good and reliable.
