The Features
The main oil source adopts two sets of 160KW motors to drive the
125 displacement piston pump, the maximum pressure is 45MPa, the
maximum flow rate of a single pump is 200L/min, and the piston pump
adjusts the flow proportionally to achieve 0-400L/min flow
adjustment. When the flow rate is less than 200L/min, only one set
of pumps is opened, which has an energy-saving effect.
The main circuit adopts the design of oil return filtration, and
the main function is that the oil filtered by high pressure enters
the oil cylinder, and the oil from the oil cylinder returns to the
oil tank through the filter, and from the reduction of the
scratching of the oil cylinder, the probability of system pollution
is reduced.
The radial piston pump is used to continuously suppress the
pressure, the flow rate of the radial piston pump is 4L/min, the
maximum is 70MPa, the proportional adjustment pressure of the
proportional valve is 0-65MPa, and the atmospheric circuit and the
high-pressure circuit are isolated by the ultra-high-pressure
pneumatic ball valve to avoid damage to the atmospheric components
by the high-pressure pressure.
With the help of a high-resolution displacement sensor, the piston
moving distance is measured by the drift method to calculate the
leakage in the tested cylinder. At the same time, an external
metering bar is installed to measure the leakage of the tested
cylinder.
