Cast iron platform plate ‌ is a planar reference measuring tool used for workpiece,

equipment testing, marking, assembly, welding and other work. Its overall structure

is basically box type and reinforcement plate, the working surface is rectangular,

square or round, the material is HT200-300 high strength cast iron, the working

surface hardness is HB160-210. The working surface of the cast iron platform shall

not have rust, scratches, bruises and other appearance defects that affect the use

of the platform. The working surface should not have sand holes, pores, cracks,

slag inclusion, shrinkage and other casting defects. Various casting surfaces should

be cleared of molding sand, and the surface is smooth and painted firmly. The edges

should be blunt. On the working surface of the platform with an accuracy grade less

than "00", sand holes with a diameter of less than 15mm are allowed to be blocked

with the same material, and their hardness should be lower than the hardness of the

surrounding material. The parts blocked on the working surface should not be more

than four, and the distance between them should not be less than 80mm. Suitable for

a variety of inspection work, precision measurement of the reference plane, used for

machine tool mechanical measurement reference, check the dimensional accuracy

or form deviation of parts, and for precision marking. It is also an indispensable basic

tool in machinery manufacturing.
